Peaceful cozy cottage with fishing and access to Fall and Tule Rivers, launch included. On private 375 acre family cattle ranch. We raise cows, pigs, ducks, and chickens. Winter snow, Spring animal babies every place you look, summer swimming, fishing, boating fire pit, star gazing, Fall Harvest, fresh fruits and vegetables to share, we process our gardens by canning, preserving, and cook cook cook. The loft also has a balcony that gives you amazing views of the surrounding trees and is the perfect place to listen to birds and watch wildlife. The cabin is ideal for a couple, small family, best friends, or an individual looking for a personal retreat in the forest. Dogs are welcome!

Central to Douglas City CA. My home is on the Trinity river, with river access. A beautiful view with lots of wild life, such as, deer, bears, fox, herons, otters, many types of birds. My guest will have a private bedroom, with a bathroom adjacent. Guest living area with a desk, couch, recliner, and easy access to the kitchen. Guests have a private entrance. Access to laundry as well. Wi-fi on DSL, smart TV in the bedroom, NetFlix & Hulu. I keep long term stays affordable.

The house is located in the downtown historic district walking distance to restaurants, the museum, the Joss House historic taosist temple, art galleries, hiking trails, Trinity River fishing and rafting and is the gateway to the beautiful Trinity Alps Wilderness. This room is the epitome of the classic Victorian era with a queen bed, lovely armoire with a newly renovated private bathroom with a step-in neo angle shower.
