The Wisteria fits 2 adults and 1 child. This tent has a double bed, a small fold down love seat for child, frig, coffee station, dresser, and love seat. The tent is NOT heated or airconditioned. 93 year old brick house near downtown Seneca Falls with one private bedroom and bath that accommodates 2 people. The off street parking area is great for oversized vehicles, campers and trailers. The bedroom has a Full sized bed with a small table and two chairs. The bathroom is down the hall (about five steps- it is not en suite). Breakfast includes granola, yogurt, fresh seasonal fruit, and toast along with coffee and juice. The downtown area is ten minutes away by foot.
