Seneca Falls is a quaint, quiet community surrounded by dozens of wineries, trails, parks, boating, fishing and more - a vacation paradise, and home to the National Women's Hall of Fame. Your private deck overlooks the lake, plus there's a private pool, deck and grill. 2 bedrooms, full tiled bath, huge modern kitchen, and hi-def TVs in the living room and bedrooms w/free Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu & Disney+.

Cozy Apt. Very Quiet & Private

The Apt. is a quiet, clean & cozy 400 sq. ft. with a full kitchen. The bathroom is furnished with a shower/tub. The toilet is a SELF CONTAINED COMPOSTING unit. The sleeping area has a very comfortable queen sized bed. This is a working farm. I have machinery & farm related equipment in the vicinity of the Apt. You may expect sometimes to hear & see the machinery moving during the day The Apt. has 2 entrances, it's own w/deck & one through the attached barn where I store some small equipment.

Private Floor on Cayuga Lake Shore

Private ground floor contains two bedrooms (queen and twin XL beds), bathroom, and family room. Family room has sofa bed, TV, internet, ice machine, kitchenette, bottled water dispenser, and refrigerator. Several steps from Cayuga Lake in the middle of the Cayuga Wine Trail. Very close to wineries, cideries, distillery, and beer garden. Lakefront (shared with owner) includes a propane grill, picnic table, kayaks, and dock for fishing or swimming. Easy walk down beach for children.

The kitchen has a large island & dining room table. The living room offers a smart TV and two couches. Laundry on site for convenience. The unit is above a tavern.
