Pirlo East: Quaint Cabin near Bishop’s Beach

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located dog friendly cabin. There are two cabins on the property, Nanook East and Pirlo West. Located in the heart of old town, close to restaurants and only a brief walk to Bishop’s beach. Each cozy cabin has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable! The cabin has been recently renovated with a new king sized bed and a pullout couch that fashions into a full sized bed. The couch is most suitable for children. So many adventures to await!

Lupine Cabin

12' x 12' One room cozy cabin with a queen bed, toilet, shower and kitchenette. Included is free WiFi, access to gas BBQ and laundry facilities. It gives you an Alaskan "trapper" cabin feel that even includes a slightly slanted floor after weathering its share of earthquakes over the years. The toilet and shower are behind a curtain, so we recommend this cabin for 1 person or a couple who like each other very well. It works best for 1 to 2 night stays for a couple.

Timber cabin with views of Kachemak Bay located 6 miles from downtown Homer. The place is spacious yet cozy with a main floor master bedroom that includes a king bed. Upstairs includes a spacious loft that sleeps four with one queen bed and two twin beds, along with a nice sitting area and a table for games. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook. The cabin is kid friendly with stair gates and a pack n' play. There is also a large yard for playing and a deck for relaxing.

Sleep to the sound of the sea! The Surf Shack on Hesketh Island is perfect for a small family or a couple and is glamping at its finest. It sits in the trees, 30 feet from the beach, overlooking the water and Yukon Island. This is a remote island property and can only be accessed by boat. This simple, charming cabin sits atop a green (or white or brown) pasture overlooking Kachemak Bay and two spoiled horses. It has a quiet “out of town” feel, yet, the Spit and downtown homer are only an 8-12 minute drive away. You might find fresh eggs from our hens in the refrigerator if they are producing well!
