You’ll have a spacious suite to yourself with a large bedroom, living room, full PRIVATE bath, & dedicated guest entry. Start off with a snack or coffee in your room, featuring a mini-fridge, microwave, & Keurig.

Cute apartment in a historic stockade

Nice and comfortable spacious and unique space specially for bikers. The area is in a historic stockade. The bed is a double size if you are a couple and don’t mind a double size bed you are welcome to stay. please note the stove works and no oven . we do have a microwave in the kitchen. Parking on the street and plenty of it. Wifi but no cable. We only rent to people from out of town. 2-5 minutes drive to rivers casino and 5-15 minutes walk to everything around. Walk/bike by water front.

Bright and Sunny 2 Bedroom Apartment

This is a two bedroom apartment, located over the garage/breezeway and kitchen our primary home where my wife and I live. I recently remodeled the kitchen and bedrooms, and completely furnished it. Entry is separate via an outside set of stairs. Heat is gas hot air, cooling is via window AC Units. About 35 minutes to Saratoga Springs, the Track, Performing Arts Center. 10 Minutes to Union College. There is only a shower stall. No bathtub.

Off-grid Riverbank Getaway

Welcome to the off-the-grid getaway! This tiny house is on stilts on the edge of the Alplaus Creek. If you want to get away from screens and tech, and enjoy tending a woodstove, this might be for you. Park in the marked spot near 41 Hill St and walk down the 500 ft trail. You can read by the woodstove, fish, write, have a campfire, or watch ducks/beaver/deer from the balcony. A canoe is provided.
