Es befinden sich in der Wohnung ein Doppelbett und ein hervorragendes Schlafsofa der Marke Bali (je 140 breit). Anreise bis 22 h, nachts wird das Hoftor geschlossen. Die Vermietung für einzelne Nächte geht nur im Ausnahmefall, Vermietung an 4 Personen erst ab 3 Übernachtungen. Kinderbett u. Hochstuhl kosten je € 3 extra. Keine Rollläden oder Jalousien. Im Umfeld befinden sich eine große Anzahl an Cafés, Restaurants und kleinen Läden. Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist ca. 150 m entfernt. Wir gehören zum Stadtzentrum und somit gilt bei uns die Anwohnerparkregelung. Bist du mit dem Auto unterwegs, zeigen wir dir gern wie und wo du parken kannst.

Aus persönlichen Gründen vermiete ich die Wohnung nur an weibliche Gäste und Paare. Im Ausnahmefall gegen Aufpreis mehr als 2 Personen möglich. Buchungen nur mit Ausweis verifizert möglich.

Our single-family home has a spacious, separate floor on the 1st floor with sloping ceilings and charming, super cozy furnishings in a quiet location and close to the Rhine for max. 4 people. The guest floor is of course only available to the guests who have booked. Both bedrooms have a modern and very quiet Daikin Duo split wall air conditioning R32 with the wall unit model FTXP35N.
