This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Genieße die wunderschöne Natur inmitten der Schorfheide. Miete dir Fahrräder, SUP`s oder ein Kajak. Der Werbellinsee ist ca 5 km entfernt. Du kannst hier wandern, baden, angeln, Boot fahren, Fahrrad fahren, klettern, das Schiffshebewerk, den Wildpark besuchen uvm. Einkaufen ca.6 min, Bus 300 m, Bahn 6 km.
