Appartamento in zona isolata nella stupenda Val Zebrù del Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Ottimo per passare una vacanza al contatto con la natura ricca di flora e fauna selvatica. Riscaldamento a legna, l’energia elettrica è fornita da un impianto fotovoltaico. Nella zona non vi è connessione telefonica, ma è presente una connessione wi-fi in baita, inoltre vicino vi sono due ristori dove si possono degustare i cibi locali. La baita è raggiungibile a piedi o con le jeep autorizzate al transito.

Neben der großen Küche hat die Ferienwohnung noch ein großzügiges Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett aus Zirbenholz mit einem angrenzenden, renovierten Badezimmer. Our small, well-kept house is located in the sunny Burggrafenamt, in the rose village of Nals. Centrally located, it is ideal for cultural and sporting activities of all kinds. The house with 4 residential units is located in the centre of the village with a grocery store, café and bakery right next door. The village is very lively during the day. Unfortunately, I cannot offer absolute peace and quiet, but I can offer good connections, short distances and integration into lively village life

The Gallhof is accessible via a mountain road similar to a pass road. The traditionally and modernly furnished holiday apartment offers a large balcony with a view of the Dolomites, a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom and two bathrooms. It accommodates two people.

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet

Garden & Wellness "LeVigne" ( ab Ostern 2023 eröffnet )wurde von unserem Studio als Designapartment konzipiert, streng Made in Italy und mit Möbeln, die Designgeschichte geschrieben haben. Im Wohnzimmer steht der berühmte ovale Tulip-Tisch und im Außenbereich der runde Tisch von Eero Saarinen, begleitet von Moises-Stühlen, die als Kunstwerk des 21. Jahrhunderts gefeiert wurden.
