Gli arredamenti in legno rifiniti con oli naturali, le pareti in pietra e calce, i pavimenti in cotto fatto a mano con finitura in cera d’api e il riscaldamento a pavimento rendono questa struttura sana e rispettosa dell’ambiente. A Scario, a soli due minuti a piedi dal lungomare ( circa 100 metri) vi è una porzione di appartamento costituita da un bilocale indipendente di 40mq, sito al secondo piano di una casa con giardino. E' dotato di zanzariere ed è composto da: ingresso, camera con armadio a ponte -il letto matrimoniale può trasformarsi in due letti singoli-, soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, caminetto, angolo cottura, terrazzino con vista mare, TV, uso della lavatrice. Ideale per una coppia. No posto auto.

E' situato in campagna, in un luogo panoramico e tranquillo, fuori dal centro abitato, con parcheggio privato e ampio giardino. L’appartamento è adatto a coppie, famiglie anche con bambini e gruppi di amici
