Our home is situated between the Bay of Fires and Freycinet, on the Great Ocean Drive, in the heart of the East Coast. A perfect base to explore all the wonderful sites the East Coast has to offer. Suitable for couples, families and friends, our open plan 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home, is finished with new Scandanavian inspired furniture. Contact us to fill any one night booking in between with added costs. Two night bookings are required, but we do release some one night bookings at a higher rate.

The Edge-Private waterfront retreat -Bay of Fires

'The Edge' is situated in Binalong Bay, right in the heart of the stunning Bay of Fires conservation area on Tasmania's East coast. A quiet peaceful retreat, it sits right on the edge of the tranquil Grants lagoon and a lovely lagoon-side walk takes you to the beaches the area is famous for. The open plan space is warm and bright, receiving all day sun. Beautiful views over the water and surrounded by a large sundeck and a semi tropical garden - The Edge is a perfect place to relax and unwind.

The Bay Shanty

The Bay Shanty is a lovely cottage in the heart of St Helens , gateway to The Bay Of Fires. You will feel at home in TheShanty perfect for couples, friends or families. Easy access to little bayside beaches and the walking/cycling foreshore track are only metres from the house or alternatively wander into the CBD for dining , groceries and shopping . Fantastic outdoor fish cleaning/bbq area with hot and cold water. Bike washing stand, Lock up storage for bikes, boards and rods.+Netflix etc

The FLOPHouse at Scamander

The FLOPHouse is comfy, cosy and conveniently located for your east coast Tassie road trip. Positioned on the main thoroughfare of town opposite Wrinklers beach the entrance is a 250m stroll away. We offer an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining, off street parking, spacious rear garden courtyard and 2BRs sleeping up to five guests (QB/DB/SB). The Bay of Fires, Freycinet, wineries, mountain biking and a whole lot of fresh air are all within easy reach. Did we mention no traffic lights either?

Our family have been enjoying holidays at the shack for over thirty years. Enjoy spacious living areas, stylish decor, water views and our private, bird-filled native gardens. Relax in the new outdoor bath or explore the bush track winding down to a secluded bayside beach. Not another shack in sight. Beer Barrel Beach, the Maurouard surf & Peron Dunes await at St Helens Point 8 minutes drive away as are the Mountain Bike tracks. Time to recharge and relax on the Bay of Fires coast.

Kalinda is a beachfront log cabin style home, with cathedral ceilings and a loft bedroom, with the amazing Four Mile Creek Beach on your doorstep. It is the perfect location to explore what Tasmania's East Coast has to offer, from The Bay of Fires, down to Bicheno and everything in between. The space is set up with couples in mind to relax and enjoy the beachfront atmosphere in a cozy accommodation, with beautiful gardens and bird life a plenty.

Winifred’s Wrest - Sanctuary and Ocean Living

Located in the Scamander Sanctuary this brand new 3 bedroom home offers open plan living, spacious kitchen and a luxurious bathroom. The front of the house boasts stunning ocean and sanctuary views making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The home is well equipped for a maximum of 5 adults with all you will need for a relaxing break away including a new heat pump which easily heats or cools the entire house.

A true ocean front retreat in a quiet hamlet. On the clifftop with the ocean at your door, with beautiful views of the lagoon and north to St. Helens. Surf break at the front and the lagoon for kayaking and fishing. Good access to Freycinet and Douglas Apsley National Parks, and Bay of Fires.
