These 2 acres, surrounded only by trees, boasts a perfect experience of Northern Wisconsin vibes. Very quick access to the Heart of Vilas bike path.

Located on 1.5 acres surrounded by a mixture of hardwood and evergreen forest, adjacent to the Woodlands Resort on Plum Lake. In the winter, you have direct access to the nearly 80 miles of groomed snowmobile trails maintained by the Sayner Barnstormers snowmobile club, via Woodlands Resort and accessing the trail system on Plum Lake. Plum Lake is 1000 acre, full recreational lake in Vilas County. Our tiny house is not on water but has 22' of sandy beach, lake access a short walk away.

Nestled on the banks of East Bay Little Saint Germain Lake, fishing, swimming, and water sports are all easily accessible from right outside your door. The town of St. Germain is nearby and offers some great local restaurants, shops, mini golf, and go-karts. The Northwoods area is also home to an extensive snowmobile trail system as well as ATV/UTV trails for fun and excitement throughout the year. You can connect to the famous Bo-Boen snowmobile trail right down the road from this home!

Condo on Plum Lake

We are on a 3 acre plot of land set back from Highway N with a dock on Plum Lake . We are 2 miles west of Sayner. There is a wonderful hiking and biking trail right across Hwy N in front of our place. The snowmobile trail runs there too and also down on the lake in front of us. There is a golf course up town, tennis courts and children's playground. The Sayne r Pub , uptown serves excellent food. There are several unique shops, 3 different churches and a fantastic museum.
