The House of Zen is an architect designed home situated in the woods, part of a sustainable farm community on 170 acres. Only an hour drive from Chicago, and close to Indiana Dunes National Park, it is the ultimate escape. The perfect getaway for couples, creatives and nature lovers who want some peace, quiet and space. Explore the farm trails & enjoy the wildlife and soothing sounds. Note: We have a 3 night minimum stay during summer, but open up 2 night stays 1-2 weeks before if possible.

Grab local farm fresh produce, s’mores for the firepit and a local natural wine to sip as you watch the sun set from the huge back deck and large backyard.

Lola's Pine Tree Cottage is a uniquely perfect old-school Michigan Beach cottage, with modern amenities! Enjoy the quiet of 1.5 acre of combined yard and forest (with friendly deer and wills turkeys!); walk to the beach; snuggle in front of the fire! A perfect hideaway, fall, winter, spring, or summer! Close to all the charms and amenities of Sawyer, Three Oaks, Union Pier, New Buffalo, and St. Joes. Excellent writing retreat, we’ve been told, and a sweet spot for a romantic getaway!

Modern Minimalist Tiny House

Welcome to our modern minimalist tiny house located a half mile from Warren Dunes State Park beach and 1.5 miles from all that Sawyer Michigan area has to offer. Tiny is the second dwelling on this property and is technically a mobile tiny house. While we do have electricity and water, much like an RV the drains run to holding tanks. This means VERY LIMITED WATER USE for showers and toilet flushing. It features a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, and a queen bed in the small loft.

Darling Home + Hot Tub by Warren Dunes + Wine Bar

Cozy up to this darling get-away right next to the cutest wine bar in the midwest (Out There) and just a short walk to Warren Dunes State Park and the beach. This family-friendly home is ready for you to explore all the treasures of Southwest MI: biking, hiking, beaching, and more. Then come back "home" to this newly remodeled house for playing games, firepit, and dipping in the hot tub. 3 bedrooms + small office, 2 full baths, a great room, eat-in kitchen, and big backyard.

The Harbert Bungalow-Hot Tub-Walk to Beach

Our newly renovated private guest house is located along the Red Arrow Bike path; just a 1 mile walk/bike to Harbert Beach and directly across the street from the Harbert Community Park. Guest will have access to a private gated patio and parking right in front of the house for two vehicles.
