The apartment is less than 300 mt from the award-winning beach and 5 min from the lake. Restaurants, supermarket water sports, tennis club, open air cinema at walking distance. I will be happy to provide advice and answer any questions. I speak fluent English and French.

Cape Villa is a stunning, sunlit contemporary house right by the sea. It is perfectly placed to enjoy a relaxed vacation just by the sea, or to combine it with sightseeing around Athens. The house is located on the edge of the cape, just only 20 meters from the sea. It is about 35 minutes drive from Athens airport and about 50 minutes away from Athens city center. The center of Lavrion is only a 5 minute drive and there you can find many tavernas, coffee shops, super markets and bars.

Fully renovated flat, in the center of Athens, just 10 minutes walk from Acropolis and Philopappos Hill. The apartment can accommodate comfortably 2 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen in case you explored everything Athens restaurants have to offer, feel free to prepare your own meals and enjoy a glass of wine in the dinning table or in the balcony looking at the magnificent Acropolis of Athens.
