Welcome to Camellia Cottage, located a short stroll from downtown Newnan. Walking inside, you will be greeted by original hardwoods, an abundance of natural light, & a living room where you can cozy up under blankets to watch a movie, read a book, or enjoy conversations with loved ones. Our 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, century old home, situated in a historic residential neighborhood, is ideal for traveling professionals or families with older children seeking a private space to relax & feel at home.

Just 5 minutes from interstate 85. It is an easy 20-25 minutes to the Atlanta Airport and 30-35 minutes to Atlanta; Tyrone has been called "The Happiest Town in Georgia." Trillith Studios and The Walking Dead sites of Senoia are 12 and 25 minutes away respectively . The private entrance with keyless entry means you can come and go at any time. It is a self-contained unit attached to our house, with your own bathroom and shower. The cul-de-sac and a large yard accent the restful experience.

Plenty of privacy & quiet space. Our modern farmhouse styled space is sure to make your stay cozy and enjoyable. Come and relax with plenty of board games to play, your favorite series on Netflix or Prime to watch, or curl up on our outdoor swing bed and read a book. Enjoy the outdoors with full private access to the pool (open seasonally), an outdoor fire place, and a new hot tub and walking trails to enjoy the outdoors. We DO live onsite and may spend time behind the barn in our shops.

Atlanta entire 2 levels family home pool house

A nice, romantic cabin like pool house, two stories, all wooden interior and finished living room, bedroom and bathroom. Beautiful view of woods and pool from deck and balcony. Flat screen, gas fire place, and Pool available but not heated in the winter. The cabin offer place to sleep for 4 people, two in the bedroom with queen size bed and two in de banquets of the living-room. Please respect our rate schedule additional guests after the first 4 are required to pay $25/night per person.

Cozy and Homie Studio Apartment

Experience Newnan, GA, from this charming studio apartment that will leave you in awe with its comfort and convenience levels. Its pleasant location allows you to escape the big crowds while being 6 minutes from the booming downtown area with all the entertainment, attractions and landmarks. There are six National Register Historic Districts containing some of Geogia's most beautiful homes and commercial buildings. It includes Antebellum and Victorian homes and the McRitchie Hollis Museum.

Come stay on our little farm in a unique, beautifully decorated, quaint barn loft. Experience a little bit of farm life during your stay. Enjoy being surrounded by nature, farm animals, and stunning country side, all while still being close to food and fun. Soak in a vintage tub, sit by the fire pit, relax and enjoy the view from your private balcony. A 15 minute drive gives you access to great restaurants, boutiques, a charming underground bookstore, a local brewery, and so much more.

The Nest

The Nest is no-smoking and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. It is a peaceful getaway and great for a romantic weekend or quiet retreat. Canoes, kayaks, trails, and a fire pit are available plus the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. Close to Serenbe, Newnan, and the Atlanta Airport. You’ll love my place because of the arty style, the peaceful vibe and the beautiful lake view. The cottage is on 34 private acres and directly behind the main lake house.

It is a self-contained unit in our carriage house with your own bathroom, washer/dryer and mini dry kitchen. Please note …there is a living space above the unit with 2 occupants and their service dog IRoh so there may be some foot noise and barking during the day. The TV is “smart". NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
