Cozy 2/1 upstairs apartment conveniently located and within minutes of many amenities. Completely renovated! New backyard space with floating deck and BBQ grill. Comfortable queen bed in the master bedroom and 2 twins in the second room with small workspace. There is a washer/dryer in unit and on site parking. Why pay more to stay in a 2 star hotel? large 1 bedroom apartment. A place for non smokers only. Lots of sunshine, the open and airy apartment is attached to main house. Close to mall; close to interstates ( I-10 and 110). Get anywhere in 15-20 minutes. Beach is about 20-25 minutes away depending on traffic. Lot's of eateries nearby. Small pets(under 25 pounds please unless approved by me) allowed and should be potty trained and non-destructive. Non smokers only(allergies) thank you.
