Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). This is a totally private studio, 1 bath apartment attached to the back of my house. I’ve installed soundproofing material between the shared wall, so go crazy! Well, not too crazy ;) The apartment space is super cozy and comfortable. The bed back there is actually more comfortable than mine so I'm jealous and you're welcome. AND you have full use of the backyard, including the firepit area and hot tub.
