Està a 5 minuts a peu de la Colònia Güell (Cripta Gaudí) i a 15 o 20 minuts en ferrocarril o cotxe de Barcelona, de la Fira, de la platja, de l'aeroport... L'aparcament és fàcil i gratuït al carrer. Es tracta d'una planta baixa d'un edifici (amb ascensor) dins d'una zona ajardinada. El pis és molt confortable, té una terrassa de 28 m2, un pati interior de 8 m2 i està totalment equipat.
