Villa familiale en bord de mer

C'est notre petit havre de paix. Bas de villa, vue dégagée sur jardin,accessible par un escalier qui mène aussi sur la plage peu envahie du fait de son accès difficile. A qq mètres de la gare, ce qui est pratique si on vient en train et pour découvrir la région en train ( Monaco, Italie, Nice, Menton... tout proche) et poser la voiture pour les vacances. Par contre, les trains passent à côté de la maison... ( le jour, assez tôt et cesse la nuit) n'est pas une nuisance pour nous mais c'est selon.
