One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Appartamento mansardato quasi interamente rivestito di legno antico e arredato in modo tradizionale. l punti di forza dell’appartamento sono lo spazioso balcone rivolto a est con vista su Santa Maddalena, per godersi il sole del mattino davanti a una bella colazione e regalarsi momenti di relax, e la nuovissima sauna privata in legno di cirmolo. Soggiornando nel nostro maso avrete inoltre la possibilità di acquistare prodotti agricoli di nostra produzione come il miele e le erbe aromatiche.

The Halbwöhrerhof impresses with its unique and very quiet location. Traditional architecture combined with modern and contemporary interior design, which includes natural materials such as stone and wood of Larch, Stone Pine and Oak, create a homely feeling. Ruhige, stilvolle Unterkunft mitten in den Tiroler Bergen. Die Wohnung ist neu ausgestattet und urige Elemente wie der Holzofen von Uroma oder die Tiroler Stube sorgen für Gemütlichkeit und besondere Urlaubsstunden. Der Blick auf die Berge und frische Bergluft sorgen für sofortige Entspannung. Die Umgebung bietet sowohl Sommer wie Winter schöne Momente und allerlei Möglichkeiten. Die zentrale Lage wird besonders geschätzt (ca 5 km von Wattens und Autobahn entfernt).

Gemütliches Apartment zentral in Krimml

Unsere kleine Ferienwohnung bietet den perfekten Ausgangspunkt um Krimml und das gesamte Zillertal zu entdecken. Sie liegt mitten im Dorf - ein Supermarkt, Restaurants und eine Bäckerei sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Krimmler Wasserfälle sind nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Skibus ins Zillertal hält ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Mit dem PKW benötigen Sie ca. 10 Minuten zum nächstgelegenen Lift. Ein frei zugänglicher Skikeller befindet sich mit im Haus.

Stadtwohnung unterm Puschtra Himmel

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines ruhig gelegenen Wohnhauses in unmittelbarer Stadtnähe. Im Haus gibt es KEINEN Aufzug. Zu Fuß erreicht man die Pfarrkirche und die Fußgängerzone von Bruneck in weniger als fünf Minuten. Zur Talstation des Kronplatz sind es fünf Fahrminuten mit dem Auto. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist geeignet für sportliche Paare, Familien mit Kindern sowie für Geschäftsreisende und Alleinreisende.

The apartment is located in the mittle of the centre of Brunico, a pretty small town between the Alps and the Dolomites. From the terrace you have a wonderful view to the castle, over the roofs of the town and to the big mountains of the Alps. The apartment is very silence, there's a lot of sun all over the year and you can reach everything easily on foot. It is perfect for singles, couples and also for small familys. Garage available!

Es ist ein größeres helles Zimmer mit sehr gut und neuwertig eingerichteterKüchenzeile, Dusche WC und großem Balkon wo Du am Nachmittag die Sonne und den Blick auf die Berge genießen kannst. Am Morgen stelle ich Dir auf Wunsch frische Brötchen vor die Tür. Mit der Natur im Herzen freuen wir uns auf Dich!
