Country setting surrounded by working farms. We offer a two bedroom home with very large screened-in porch. Enjoy morning coffee on the porch as you watch the cows come in. Very peaceful, quiet setting with large yard. Get a retro feel in the pink bathroom. Recently upgraded laminate flooring throughout the house. Eat on China plates in the formal dining room or use paper plates with access to a grill. Less than 15 minutes to the Grove city outlets and 6 miles to the state game lands.

Country home in the town of Sandy Lake. You can expect a creek stocked with fish outside while enjoying full amenities inside. Upgraded Appliances in the kitchen, two full baths, two bedrooms and den and family room and two full-sized beds plus a futon. Washer and dryer available downstairs. High speed WiFi and 55" Smart TV as well. The creek that runs through the back of the property is a great place to relax or fish. The fire pit is waiting on your hot dogs or marshmallows!

Alice and Doc's Place

Welcome to our fully furnished apartment, perfect for one or two guests. It features a quiet, clean, cozy space. We offer a comfy king size bed. The bathroom is handicapped equipped with grab bars and a spacious shower. Private guest entry has steps, but we have a ramp entry if mobility issues are a concern. Guests have use of designated parking and an outdoor patio area with a propane grill. Located in a quiet, country setting minutes from downtown Meadville and Allegheny College.

Come and relax in this comfortable cottage that sits on the bank of scenic French Creek. The cottage has 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8 comfortably), living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom (towels included), screened in front porch and a car port for your vehicle. Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened in front porch. During the day you can fish, kayak/canoe, wade/swim or just sit and relax watching the water go by. Our cabin is locally sourced. The timbers were sawed at a local hemlock mill. The exterior is made of boards we had milled from old pines along US Hwy 322. Even the stones we laid for the fireplace once splashed in a local creek.
