Located in historic Gonzales, Texas, the cabin sits on 100 acres and is the perfect getaway for families and friends looking to experience relaxed country living. We are 1 mile from Palmetto State Park, so you can enjoy a more active vacation to include paddle boarding and canoeing or you can take in Texas history by visiting downtown museums. Another option... just relax and enjoy picturesque views of pasture, rolling hills and wooded areas that deer and other wildlife call their home.

The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

Tiny Little Glamper - Waterfront retreat

The Tiny Little Glamper is a perfect waterfront retreat for those wanting to get outdoors yet maintain their city amenities. This 1 bed/1 bath cottage has a dishwasher, refrigerator, washer/dryer, high-speed internet, & screened-in porch. On the property is a dock with a sunning deck, stairs leading into the water, and a floating dock to enjoy. There is campfire ring with lawn chairs and large mature trees. The river makes this a tranquil getaway with almost no boat traffic or current.

6 acres of a friendly farm covered in century old oak trees. Very large patio space fully covered and surrounded by shade trees with full privacy and great views. Friendly animals all around the land who want to spend time with humans, but definitely not necessary. Kid swings, hammocks and hammock chairs spread around the farm house for a family friendly experience.
