Our suite is light, clean and private. Your personal entrance through ground level french doors looks onto a private patio. Due to CA drought we no longer offer baths, just shower. We live upstairs with our small dog & foster kittens. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is a 5 block walk to Sweet Springs Nature Preserve and a 10 minute drive to Montana de Oro. This studio apartment is in a triplex less than one mile from the beach located in an older neighborhood of single and multifamily homes walking distance to Grand Avenue shops, restaurants and the beach. There is a private deck with distant ocean/sunset views, a full kitchen/bath, off street parking. Apt. features twin beds, free wifi, but no TV. Located near the South Hills Hiking Trail in SLO, this newer apartment features great views and is close to many Central Coast attractions. There is no designated dog yard. There are plenty of areas to walk your dog in our neighborhood. We have EV charging.
