Centros de óseos a 5 minutos caminando. Supermercado en la misma calle,restaurantes típico canario, y de otras nacionalidades en la misma calle y dentro del edificio, bar restaurante muy bueno,peluquería,mini mercado, alquiler de bicicletas y motos. Seguramente lo pasará muy bien. Ideal para una persona o una pareja.

Bonito apartamento con una una excelente ubicación en el centro de Playa del Inglés. Tiene salón, cocina totalmente equipado, 1 dormitorio, baño con ducha y balcón. Wifi de alta velocidad y smart-TV. Restaurantes, Yumbo y otras zonas de ocio está muy cerca. A unos minutos de pie está San Fernando de Maspalomas donde hay supermercados y tiendas. La playa de Maspalomas está a 1,2 km. El edificio está junto a la parada de bus y taxi. Está situado a 27 km del aeropuerto de Gran Canaria.

Beautiful apartment with amazing view

The apartment is on the 8th floor of one of the tallest buildings in Playa del Inglés and offers a beautiful sea view. Since I also use it as a holiday and home-office space, it is furnished to a high standard with a good balance of storage and open space. My guests and I especially enjoy keeping the balcony door open in the morning to take in the view. Note: The building is centrally located and there is a road nearby – it can occasionally be heard when the balcony door is open.
