Two Bungalows! HB 1/2 Mile Sand-Pier-Main-Pac City

Two separate bungalows with two bathrooms! Full Kitchen in Main Bungalow and kitchenette in 2nd Bungalow. 1/2 mile to the sand, Pacific City, Main Street, & The HB Pier. The Main Bungalow has a table with w/built-in seating, a comfy pull-up queen sofabed, and a twin sleeper chair. The 2nd Bungalow has a queen bed, a table for two, a sofa, & TV. A large private patio connects the bungalows & has a dining table, BBQ, sail shades, and a fire pit with seating. There is one off-street parking space.

Enjoy quality time with family or friends at our newly remodeled 1930's ocean front family beach home. Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. Seemingly remote, we are 15 minutes to Blue Jay and 20 minutes to Lake Arrowhead Village (weather permitting).

This location is phenomenal located right on a freshwater creek. The sound of the water from creek and the views of the water below the deck are amazing. 1939 rustic original Vintage Cabin with stone fireplace. Deck with hot tub overlooking creek. Very simple camp stove, rustic feel. TV only plays DVD’s. Verizon cell service phone for you use w/wifi hotspot.
