Eight cozy designer villas with a sea view to the south invite you to relax and unwind. With 85 square meters and 3 floors, Villa Gold I offers space for up to 6 people with its open architecture. Floor-to-ceiling panorama windows in the living area, as well as a shower with sea view on the first floor, are only 2 of many architectural highlights. The impressive roof terraces on the third floor with breathtaking sea views over the Fehmarnsund Bridge makes Villa Gold I the ideal holiday destination for families or place to relax with friends. There is plenty of room for all in the two bedrooms with box spring beds and the high-quality sofa bed in the living area. If it is cold or rainy outside, the crackling fireplace and the cozy floor heating will warm you up as you take in the sound of the sea all through the day. Resort grounds A common laundry room, with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer, is available to all villas. From the end of October, there will also be an outdoor sauna with garden-panoramic views for couples to cozy up on special autumn and winter days. For a small fee amateur captains have the opportunity to charter the 15 hp motor boat, "The Villas Trust" without a boat license and to explore the island from the water. Even anglers and kite surfers are welcome to safely store their personal sports equipment in the lockable recreation room. Self-caught fish can be processed in the evening at a designated fish preparation stand and barbequed on our Weber Grill. Size: 90 m2. This beautiful and historic landmark from 1933 is located right on the beach. The views are truly breathtaking and the area is very peaceful with the sound of singing birds. There are 2 bedrooms in the house: one, on the ground floor with 2 single beds and a master bedroom upstairs, also with room for 2 people. Child-friendly cottage close to the beach

Cozy cottage in lovely area, close to the beach and super child-friendly house and surroundings! The area does not allow cars except to drop-off luggage, so children can run around and play without worry (parking lot is only 100 m away). The house is newly renovated with a large kitchen, wonderful porch and even an outdoor shower to use after going to the beach only 300 m away. Small grocery store, pizzaria and playground only 200 m away. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO BRING LINEN AND TOWELS.

Das Haus ist für 20 Personen ausgelegt, Ihr wohnt in unserer BAUDE dem größten Ferienhaus des Ferienhofs. Das Gruppenhaus ist für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet und hat wo nötig Rampen im und am Haus. Ihr habt einen Grillplatz und eine eine Feuerstelle, sowie Möglichkeiten draußen zu sitzen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Bauernhaus auf unserem Ferienhof. Unsere Gäste sind herzlich eingeladen, alle Gartenmöbel, Terrassen, Pavillons und natürlich den Spielplatz zu nutzen. Einen Grill können wir zur Verfügung stellen. Je nach Saison können auch Küchenkräuter, Obst und Gemüse aus dem Garten geerntet werden.

Bindingsværkshus i lille Lejbølle by med de sødeste naboer. Nye hårde hvidevarer; Køl, opvasker og komfur er SMEG og vaskemaskine og tørretumbler er MIELE. 3 brændeovne for hyggens skyld det er ikke varmekilder. Bag haven er lukket,grill, bålplads og gammelt smedie jerns komfur. Der er spil og musik anlæg (AUX stik Iphone er der). Huset har 55” fladskærm og wi-fi, alle senge er Hæstens senge, minimum Superior. Jeg har flere huse på Langeland men det her er ubetinget det hyggeligste.

Beautiful old fisherman's house.

Traditional old fisherman's house from 1794. Everything you need is here. The house is fully renovated and has all needed amenities including washer and dryer. Located only 2mins walk from a nice beach and the lovely yacht club with a great restaurant. The house has one double bed and a single bed, but one extra bed can be set up if needed, so a total of 4 people can stay. The car (VW Up) can also be rented. Nyd også dejlig gourmet mad på Hesnæs havn samt Pomlenakke Traktørsted hvor man har en fantastisk udsigt over Østersøen. Der er rig mulighed for at fiske hele vejen langs kysten, hvor der er god mulighed for at fange havørred.
