Our island cottage is perfectly placed under a canopy of magnificent live oaks, about 300 steps away from the ocean. Nestled on a quiet beach access street, central to all the best attractions, shopping and eateries on Oak Island; close to attractions in Southport. Charming beach cottage blocks from the beach!

Recently remodeled!! Thanks for looking at my beach cottage! The house is only 4 blocks to the ocean and located right behind the lake where you will find a sidewalk around the lake for easy beach access. There is a farmers market around the lake every Saturday in the summer! This is a great house in an excellent location perfect for families and those that want to bring their fur babies. The backyard is large and fenced in. Fur babies are welcome with a one time $50 pet fee. No cats.

Beautiful Oak Island, NC home nestled in between the beach, Davis Canal and intracoastal waterway is centrally located to kayaking accessibility, paddle boarding, quite walks on the beach through the scenic beach access. Pet Friendly/Game Room/Golf Cart - 3Bed 2Bath

Welcome to "5 More Minutes" beach house located near the ICW and Wooded section of Oak Island, NC. This open-floor plan home on pilings is on the island's west side and features a three-bedroom (three-bath)/two-full-bathroom configuration. Oak Island beaches are a short one-mile walk or drive away. We offer a 6-seater electric golf cart with a pre-paid parking pass to rent by the day. You must be over 21 to operate it. The golf cart rental fee is handled separately from the house rental.

Located between the intercostal waterway and the beach, “City Woes to Sandy Toes” is 0.8 mile to the beach on foot via scenic walkway or drive via NE 40 St. for a convenient, direct route to one of our favorite beach accesses. A plethora of restaurants and shopping are just 2 miles away on E Oak Island Dr.

First Floor beach retreat with fantastic ocean views. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail from one of the two balconies. Catch the sunrise from your bed or get up and take a stroll along the beach. Condo has been recently updated with modern appliances, including stainless steel refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and gorgeous as spa like bathrooms. Beach chairs all supplied. Guests who brings pets will be charged $25 per pet and this is non-refundable.
