Petit Moine is an annex to our family home with its own private entrance. In the annex you’ll find a king sized bed, bathroom, table & chairs, TV, and a kitchenette. Outside, you’ll have your own private furnished garden and dedicated parking space. In a central location, 20 minutes from everywhere, you’ll have access to country walks, beaches and shopping. Set in the countryside, you will be just a 5 minute drive from St Helier’s town centre. It is recommended you have your own transport.

La petite maison des dunes se situe au pied des immenses plages de Barneville-Carteret, en face des Iles anglo-normandes (Jersey, Guernesey…) Proche du bourg et de ses commerces. (5 minutes en voiture - 15 minutes à pied). Le logement est situé dans un hameau calme et piéton disposant de 4 terrains de tennis (privatif) et d’un terrain de pétanque. La plage est très proche de la maison (10 minutes à pied). La petite maison des dunes est classée en meublé de tourisme (3 étoiles).

Dans cette station balnéaire de carteret, vous trouverez ce joli appartement pour un séjour agréable. Il est situé à 15 min à pieds de la plage,2 min en voiture. Le logement est composé d'une pièce de vie avec cuisine et coin salon donnant sur un jardin privé. Un terrain de tennis et un de basket sont à disposition dans la résidence. De nombreuses balades au départ du logement: dunes, villages, plages, ports... Nicolas et Béatrice vous souhaitent un bon séjour.

At the beach - quiet and private

Our guest apartment is alongside our own house with its own parking and entrance and private south-facing patio garden. We are on the coast in the parish of St Clement and have private beach access from our property. There is a bus stop at the end of our drive and the buses run throughout the day and until late. There is a Coop supermarket two doors away. Coastal and rockpool rambles on your doorstep and easy access to the country lanes too.
