Petit Moine is an annex to our family home with its own private entrance. In the annex you’ll find a king sized bed, bathroom, table & chairs, TV, and a kitchenette. Outside, you’ll have your own private furnished garden and dedicated parking space. In a central location, 20 minutes from everywhere, you’ll have access to country walks, beaches and shopping. Set in the countryside, you will be just a 5 minute drive from St Helier’s town centre. It is recommended you have your own transport.

La petite maison des dunes se situe au pied des immenses plages de Barneville-Carteret, en face des Iles anglo-normandes (Jersey, Guernesey…) Proche du bourg et de ses commerces. (5 minutes en voiture - 15 minutes à pied). Le logement est situé dans un hameau calme et piéton disposant de 4 terrains de tennis (privatif) et d’un terrain de pétanque. La plage est très proche de la maison (10 minutes à pied). La petite maison des dunes est classée en meublé de tourisme (3 étoiles).

The Place

Perfectly located in a quiet, mixed use residential & commercial side street on the edge of St Helier, this property is a 5 minute walk from the busy centre of town. It's close to restaurants & bars as well as the tranquility of Howard Davis Park which is literally just around the corner. Stroll just a little a little further on to the golden beach and pool at Havre de Pas. The main bus station is a 15 minute walk or 20 mins to St Clement golf, tennis, squash & padel complex.

Spacious sea-view studio apartment

Our spacious studio apartment is just a two minute walk to the beach and a short stroll along the sea front to the popular harbour village of St Aubin. The split-level studio is on the first floor in a separate part of our family home. The bedroom is located on the upper level with sea views towards St Aubin’s Bay. The open-plan kitchen and living area is on the lower level with views across a quiet residential lane towards fields where you’ll often see Jersey cows grazing.

Le logement est composé d'une pièce de vie avec cuisine et coin salon donnant sur un jardin privé. Un terrain de tennis et un de basket sont à disposition dans la résidence. De nombreuses balades au départ du logement: dunes, villages, plages, ports... Nicolas et Béatrice vous souhaitent un bon séjour.

The recently refurbished Flat is accessed through the rear garden of our family home with it's own private access. The bathroom is located on the ground floor and stairs take you to a bright kitchen, living room and bedroom.
