Entrée indépendante, Kitchenette équipée, plus bouilloire , cafetière Senseo, grille pain , salle d'eau et toilette indépendantes. A 20 minutes de Saint Malo et des plages (Saint Briac, Saint Lunaire), et 40 minutes du Mont Saint Michel

Proche des bords de Rance, à 10 kms de Dinan et 20 kms de St Malo. Commerces à proximité. Un havre de paix arboré sur deux hectares et un étang. Massages bien-être en sup.
