Blackthorn Gate comprises four luxury holiday lodges, situated on the border of North Yorkshire and Tees Valley. Set in 230 acres of open farmland the lodges have been specifically designed and positioned with the huge windows at the front facing directly at Roseberry Topping so you can enjoy uninterrupted views of this glorious landmark. The lodges are spacious and airy and can accommodate either 4 or 5 guests depending on the lodge. Mobility aids are available for use in the lodges.

Pinewood Lodge - Luxury Lodge with Hot Tub

Pinewood Lodge is situated on the edge of the holiday park and has views over open countryside through the Pinetrees. The lodge has 2 bedrooms, a double and a twin, with the master bedroom having an en-suite shower room. There is an enclosed picnic area that also contains the hot tub which has a lovely gazebo over it, providing the perfect spot in which to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. The lodge is equipped with everything you need for a relaxed self-catered break.

Chequers Inn Country Hotel/Double Room

The Chequers Inn is a small family run business who have dedicated 60 years to the hospitality trade and nurturing our hotel to keep it as warm and welcoming as possible. Located in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, and only a few minuets drive from the world heritage site of Fountains Abbey, and only 5 miles from the Spa town of Harrogate and Ripon City. The Sandbeck, Grosmont

A delightful double room with outside balcony and bistro table and chairs perfect for a stay at the seaside. Inside is a small kitchen / refreshment area with fridge, sink, and kettle. It comes with a king size double bed and an en-suite shower room. This 2nd floor room offers views across the beach and piers. The outside balcony is a great place to sip a drink, smell the sea air and take in the views. An outstanding modern well decorated room.

Lovely Basement Studio w Kitchenette and Parking

A newly refurbished basement studio room with rainfall shower en-suite and modern kitchenette with twin induction hob, microwave oven and grill, fridge, compact dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The 43" Smart TV has Netflix and Amazon Alexa for all your audio requirements. There is also a dining / work area for two. Please note, this room does not have windows but the door is glazed to allow natural light in the room.
