Lakeside Guesthouse

This cosy, spacious, newly renovated guesthouse is situated in the village of Waddington. It consists of an open planned studio, with a separate bathroom and mini kitchen. The guesthouse boasts plenty of amenities: mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine (selection of pods supplied by us), large double bed, dining table and chairs, plenty of hanging/storage space, smart controlled heating, free wifi, TV. This space is within minutes of the heart of Lincoln City by car/public transport.

Wonderful studio flat overlooking Rutland Water, in the village of Edith Weston. Walk through the paddock onto the bridleway around Rutland Water or to the local pub and farm shop. 5 miles from Georgian Stamford and Burghley House, or to Oakham and Uppingham. This is a lovely base from which to explore beautiful Rutland. I live in the main house, and will be pleased to meet you and help you enjoy your stay. This studio flat is self contained, sharing the back door to the main house.

At Cambridgeshire Lakes, we believe that your holiday should start from the moment you drive down our rural, tree-lined track and into the serenity of our stunning lakeside location. The lodge provides a stylish and comfortable accommodation for couples or groups of four people. The property is in the heart of Groby Village close to local amenities and shops. Excellent travel links to the A50, A46 and M1 and a 5 minute drive from Groby pool, Martinshaw woods and Bradgate park. My place is great for a working professional couple or even a single person!

Oak Tree Annexe

Oak Tree Annexe is set in a secluded and secure walled garden. You can park for free directly outside the house and will be staying in one of Rutland’s most desirable villages. Set on the fabulous cycle route around the water and with access to great walks directly from the house or a short drive away it’s a perfect location for exploring Rutland. Our village pub is a 3 minute stroll, serves food 7 days a week and offers our guests a 10% discount on their meals.
