You only have to go down 14 stairs from your second-floor beachfront condo to have your toes in the powder soft sand. A queen size bed with a soft mattress in the bedroom and a queen size pullout couch in the living room. Full kitchen in the unit and laundry available downstairs. Cable and high-speed internet included. One assigned parking spot. Enjoy the sunset from your balcony as it sinks into the Gulf. Our condo has spectacular water views from the Bay to the Beach. We have a large one of a kind kitchen that is unique to our resort, with granite counter tops, hardwood cabinets, and all stainless steel appliances. Everything you need to prepare a meal is provided along with basic spices and condiments, Coffee, creamer, and sugar. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and walk in closet with all beach gear also available for your use. We have 2 - 50" flat screen TV's with cable as well.

Unit features 2 queen beds, a full size handicap accessible bathroom w/walk in shower with spa jets and handrails. Free wifi, large screen HDTV, and while there are no kitchen facilities; there is a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave and airfryer/toaster. Unit is next to restaurants, pools and tiki bar (live music daily)
