There are numerous country walks just a few steps from the lodge, one of which leads to the River Stort (15min walk) from where you can carry on exploring miles of river walkways.

The Barn, beautiful rural retreat

The Barn is located within the grounds of our Grade 2 listed Cottage and yet is far enough away from the main house to allow our guests privacy. The property offers two luxurious double bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower and bath. The light and spacious living / kitchen area is fully equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher and provides comfortable seating for all our guests. Guests will receive a welcome pack of goodies on arrival.

Just a short walk to the train station and only 20 minutes to Tottenham Hale (Victoria line), Cambridge and Stansted Airport. Situated in a cul-de-sac within walking distance to the local amenities. I know the importance of a comfy bed and powerful showers. I prefer Mon-Fri or weekend bookings but you can always check with me.
