Enjoy this peaceful home at Nolin Lake. Located in the lake community of Annetta/Ambassador Shores. Lake access is about a 10-minute walk or 6/10 mile to the ramp. Rent a dock or boat at Moutedier Marina. Nolin State Park is close but the beach is closed due to recent flooding. Check out fishing & hiking in the area. Early mornings & dusk are best times to see our resident deer. Fire-pit in front yard, firewood available. Mammoth Cave & Dinosaur World about 30 miles away. 30 miles to Glendale.

Bring the whole family to this Lake front property with lots of room for fun! Enjoy the lake and swimming just steps from the screened in deck! Divided on three levels are 4 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 baths, open concept kitchen and living, 2 living areas, and 3 decks to enjoy. There are two sets of stairs inside the home and various sets outside the home. Please keep this in mind when booking! Rough River Lake is a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers waterway. The water level fluctuates with the season.

Enjoy the sunrise on the covered front porch, and sunset on the covered back patio with a view of the lake. Equipped to sleep 11 people comfortably, ample parking space for cars and all of your toys. Two driveway entry points, electric car charger outlet. Less than a mile from the public boat ramp! We allow pets but must be authorized.

Our property offers shoreline access to the lake for swimming and kayak launching. We are prohibited from allowing guests use usage of the docks. Enjoy stunning panoramic lake views, screened porch, hot tub, fire pit, corn hole, board games and more. Pickleball court coming Fall 2025 15 miles to Mammoth Cave Nat Park.

Bright and On Biggest Part of the Lake

Relax and enjoy the views on the biggest part of Nolin Lake. With two separate bedrooms (one with a full, one with a queen bed) and two spacious living room/family room areas that open onto two separate decks (one screened), you can spread out and enjoy lots of natural light. Or enjoy yourself by the fire pit as the boats pass by. Please Note: Nolin Lake experienced generational flooding in from April-June 2025. There is still some shoreline debris (trees) on the property.
