Courtyard enclosed garden, with outside power, seating, lighting and cobblestones. As soon as you arrive you will be able to make that cup of tea, we provide tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, freshly ground coffee, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and fresh flowers. We also provide a few goodies for yourself and should you book you dog in a welcome pack for your furry friend. Dogs are charged at £20 per booking. You will have the whole of the property and the outside courtyard all to yourselves. It's beautiful, spacious and peaceful set in the conservation area of Crantock. There's great views from the property with lots of beauty spots near by. It's a short walk to Crantock beach with Polly Joke beach not far, so great for walking, swimming, surfing, fishing, kayaking or just lying on the beach. There are three pubs with good food a great Italian restaurant and a well stocked shop a short walk away. You'll also be well located here mid way on the coast for touring all of Cornwall.

A nineteenth century Cornish miner's cottage in the heart of Cornwall with lots of original features. The cottage is on a quiet lane overlooking Carn Marth hill, fields, tin mines and Bissoe coast-to-coast bike trail. There is a safe, secure private enclosed garden, sheltered courtyard and parking, including EV charging. The beach is a 10 minute drive away with excellent access to the north and south coasts. There are bike racks and racks for drying wetsuits after a day at the local beaches.

An 18th Century hidden gem, full of character

The Annex is a hidden gem nestled at the bottom of a private lane, surrounded by fields. Attached to the main family home but with its own entrance, the annex is very large with one bedroom, a kitchen, dining area, lounge, bathroom (located downstairs) and a well room! The house is nearly 300 years old and we’ve kept the decor light and spacious. There is ample room for two people or a small family. We have a large garden with lots of space and would love for you to enjoy it too.
