The kitchen and living room;
Delightfully 1970’s the spotless kitchen is central to the open plan upstairs living. Spacious uncluttered bench spaces with solid textured tiles and fiery hues create a warm ambience for meal preparation. The adjacent dining and living room capture surrounding views across the native treetops to the everchanging skyline and some distant bay glimpses. Solid timber floors make for easy holiday living and the gas heating is super cosy on cooler evenings. Adjoining the living and dining room is a sprawling balcony featuring outdoor dining, a gas BBQ and fabulous views. The ground level features a huge rumpus room with loads of seating, a table tennis table and direct access to outdoors.

The bedrooms and bathrooms;
Comfortably accommodating a family of 6 with the additional bonus of a second shower and toilet. The master bedroom offers a double bed while the second and third bedrooms each have 2 single beds. The bedrooms and family bathroom are all located upstairs with a second shower and separate toilet located on the ground floor.

Outside;
Loose yourself within the privacy of the fully established picturesque gardens. An elongated driveway leads to parking for 2-3 cars at the rear of the property. There is loads of room for kids to explore and they can easily access the yard from the downstairs rumpus room while the balcony on the top level is the perfect parents retreat.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases and towels or a hire option is available.
