This house has been recently refurbished. Located close to Portlethen, Altens, Stonehaven and Aberdeen, it is one mile from the AWPR so it's an easy commute to the north of the city (Dyce / Airport etc). The house is semi-detached with a large carpark. Great views across open countryside. My place is good for business travellers, and teams working in the area. There is wifi throughout, SMART TVs and workdesks in each room. Full kitchen and laundry facilities. Long-term stays negotiable

The house is in a quiet rural area, but close to the city and suburbs. Very peaceful and quiet. Plenty of space - rooms are spacious and well-equipped with everything you need. there is a dining kitchen and laundry.
Please note that there is no living room at present as this is being used as a large bedroom.

There is a fully fitted kitchen and dining room. The house is fully equipped with everything you might need (hopefully!) and there are laundry facilities if required. Private off-road parking - very safe and secure.
