There is a large wrap around balcony accessible from the lounge and dining room, ideal for alfresco dining. There is a large gated communal swimming pool . The apartment is a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach and in the immediate vicinity are numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets and a 5 minute walk to the La Zenia boulevard.
