Kur būsite jūs

L'viv, L'vivs'ka oblast, Ukraina

You are located very centrally and there are tons of things to do and see around you dependent on your preferences: historical, nature/parks&gardens, museums, food, so I could speak for hours telling you about it.

If you are hungry : just go out to Om nom nom or Tarta cafe which are around the corner on Pekarska street or Celentano pizzeria or Lviv Croissants working 24/7 on Lychakivska street; shop at several supermarkets located 2-5 min away (usually opening at 9 am and closing at 10 pm); local farmers market - Halyckyy rynok (an experience itself:).

Sightseeing:

Looking out of the window you will discover one of the 3 palaces located on Pekarska Street (Bakery Street), if you decide to walk around and discover this area go to your right when leaving the building. More about it in section PEKARSKA.

Within 2 minutes from home you will find Johann Georg Pinzel museum of Lviv Sacral Baroque Sculpture(called ukrainian Michelangelo, making sculptures out of wood).
Within 4-5 minutes walking from home you are in the historical city center of Lviv, and each of the streets has something notable to talk about https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Old_Town_(Lviv)
at this point I would like to note that each street has a church))) and
PEKARSKA: Palaces, Universities, Gardens and more.
* Semen-Levytskyy Palace, located on Pekarska 19, build in 1849, rebuild in style of french baroque, currently used as an education facility for kids with special needs.
* Orlovskyy Palace, located on Pekarska 13, build in the 19th century(the sculptures on which are made by Hartman Witwer), and rebuild and used as a factory starting 1890th;
*Turkuliv-Commello Palace, located in the park next to Veterinary University on Pekarska 50a, build at the beginning of 19th century

also, on same street you will find the Medical University, Botanic Gardens, the Lychakiv Historical Cemetery on Pekarska Street, and that's just walking out for a short stroll. If you continue further up to LYCHAKIVSKA you will find yourself next to Keiserwald/ Schevchenkivskyy hai, where you can discover a museum with ukrainian houses made out of hay and clay, very special but recommended only during good weather ))).

I consider myself a citizen of the world. I like to host people that are worldly - discovering things, having the taste for life, culture, food and friends. I travel a lot both for pleasure and for work. I think staying at apartments rather than hotels gives you a feeling you actually live there. So far I have lived in London, Domžale, Berlin, and currently am travelling for a longer time span.
