A beautiful Victorian traditional family home, use of kitchen with lovely decked terrace and garden. If you do want your own space outside of your bedroom you can have your own living room which comes with Netflix, Amazon Prime and a play station. I have 2 living rooms so plenty of space for all. A cosy and comfortable traditional family home shared with myself and my 2 boys.

This is a traditional London Victorian family home with plenty of space for all. The downstairs kitchen and garden have been recently renovated to a high standard with modern appliances. If there is 2 of you and you would prefer not to share a bed, for an extra charge the second living room has a very comfy sofabed with an adjacent small bathroom/toilet. The double bed would be fine for a couple, again there is an extra fee for an extra person.

The room is meant for one person, however if you would like to bring your partner or a friend to share your bed it is a double bed so that will be fine. There will be an extra guest surcharge of £15 per night, please contact me first and let me know (-:

Forest Hill has plenty of lovely cafe's and pubs near to the station which is a 12 minute walk or a 1 minute bus ride/£5.00 in a cab if you really don't want to walk! Or there's a lovely pub (The Honor Oak) a 10 minute walk from our house.
