Smokin' View (formally Fox Den #3) is a great 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin in the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area. Take in the beautiful views of the smoky mountains. The main level has a nice open floor plan with a fully stocked Kitchen, breakfast bar that allows you to converse with family in the living Room, Dining Room and the kitchen.
The cabin sleeps 2 single beds in the main level bedroom and the lower level bedroom has a King size bed, Jacuzzi, bathroom with stand up shower.

Guest hereby agrees to comply with the following:
1. The guest will pay an additional pet fee in the amount of $95.00, more may be asked for additions dogs.
2. All pets must comply with the following specifications:
• All pets must be spayed or neutered.
• All pets must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations.
• Heartworm preventive is highly recommended.
• All pets are to be treated with a topical flea and tick repellent prior to arrival
3. All pets must be leashed at all times; this is for your pet’s safety and yours. There are wild animals in the area that you or your pet may not be used to. (Bears?)
4. The guest is responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse.
5. The guest should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.
6. Pet will not be left unattended for an undue length of time, either indoors or out. Pet should not be left unattended on the balcony.
7. Please do not leave your pet unsupervised in the cabin unless in a crate.
8. Homeowner assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the premises.

The cabin is only a couple miles from the Parkway were you have Gatlinburg Golf Course, Dollywood, dinner theaters, restaurants and all of the Pigeon Forge attractions. Gatlinburg is only a few more miles down the road. Yet back at the cabin it is quiet and peaceful.
