Looking for a private Cape Cod summer experience? Our quaint cottage is housed in the Brewster Park Club, a private beach community, insuring quiet + safety. You'll have exclusive access to a playground/bball court, tennis courts (right next to the porch) and a private beach (3 min. walk). Explore the charming Brewster village, antique shops, Natural History Musuem, bike trails, and fresh water ponds. The cottage, circa 1920, is reminiscent of an era gone by, perfect for families and children!

There is no issue with keys as we will give you instructions right when you book.
This cottage feels like stepping back in time with it's classic Cape Cod weathered exterior and exposed wood walls/ceilings interior with seafaring décor.
The three bedrooms upstairs sleep 4.
Kids love the refinished bunkhouse with brand new bunkbeds that sleep 2.
Additionally, there is a futon that can sleep 2 in the main living room.
You'll have a very relaxing stay as one side of the cottage is adjacent to a nature preserve. People often spend hours unwinding on the front porch or curled up with a book in front of the fireplace.
If you're an avid reader, check out the Little Free Library (set up by the owner, a retired librarian) on our lawn!
Lastly, if you want a true Cape experience, be sure to use our outdoor shower. It's a lot of fun!
