Parking available along the driveway and in front the home (in private compound). The home is secured with an automatic gate at the front, providing additional security for your stay. Clothes line is available to use at the rear of the property.

No parking is allowed on the grass area at the front of the property or on the street verge (council fines/penalties apply). There is ample parking for up to 2 vehicles at the property.

The one-of cleaning fee is to cover the labour costs for cleaning the home and the laundry costs, after each guest booking. It does not reflect a daily housekeeping service, however we can arrange for an additional cleaning service during your stay, at an additional cost.
