On the main level the kitchen is fully equipped with double refrigerators, freezers, sinks, dish washers, and kitchen islands. There is plenty of space to hang with friends and family in the 2 separate dining areas, 2 living rooms, one of which is home to a 75" tv with DirecTV& AppleTV. One bedroom with en suite bathroom is on this level.
The top floor has the remaining 4 bedrooms including a stunning master suite with a massive, marble walk-in shower and separate bath tub. TV is equipped with DirecTV and AppleTV. All of the bedrooms have Cal King beds and en suite bathrooms. On this level there is a lovely sitting room with a view that opens up to a Juliet balcony overlooking the front courtyard. There is also a private outdoor patio prime for sunbathing.
The back yard is spacious and has plenty of room to hang with friends and family. There is a spa that be heated for no additional cost. The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $30/ day.
Sonos sound system is available throughout the house.
