Updated Victorian house in the historic Victorian Village. Very close to the Short North, Downtown, the Arnold, Convention Center. Many of the best restaurants and bars in Columbus walking distance. Good for groups visiting Columbus for business or pleasure. $16 uber from airport. $7 uber to downtown, Convention Center, etc. Plenty of non-metered (free) street parking on my quiet residential street. No parking permit needed. 4 bedrooms (3 on the second floor, 1 on the first). 2 baths.

Spacious house with a big front porch. Has a laundry area on site, dishwasher, etc. Newly renovated. Very convenient to the convention center, the Arnold, OSU, the Short North, Downtown, etc. Not great for people with major mobility issues or those with very young kids as there are steps to get into the home, sharp angles, and 3 of the 4 bedrooms are upstairs.

The pantry is stocked with the basics for cooking and baking.

One bedroom and one bathroom is downstairs. 3 bedrooms and one bathroom is upstairs. Total 4 bedrooms plus a sofa, an air mattress, and a cot that can be setup in the living room.
