Just across from the Salty Dog and marina in the SeaPines Plantation. 24x7 guarded access to the Plantation and hotline to our management company. No roads to cross for beach access (4th-Row). Bikes, pool and other amenities. Prefer full week rentals but will consider 4-day min. Ocean is very calm due to breakers off shore, great for paddleboard and kayak. Dolphins are visible from shore everyday.

Other than Harbour Town, South Beach is the only public gathering spot within the plantation. Restaurants, shops, boat rentals and night life are just across the street. Local ordinances restrict live music beyond 9/10pm so it's not a loud scene after hours.

This is a vacation home that we visit during the off season. Our management company will contact you with access codes and other amenities that are available. I'll handle plantation guest passes during your stay.
