Charming one bedroom suite with private entrance in fantastic Berkeley location. 10-15 minute walk to UC Berkeley campus and BART where you can easily catch a train to San Francisco. Just a couple of blocks from the “Gourmet Ghetto” where you’ll find a variety of cafes, restaurants and local shops. The space is newly renovated and has a private bathroom. The sunny porch overlooks a spacious backyard which is shared with two very friendly dogs. You are sure to enjoy your stay!

The one-bedroom suite is accessed from the backyard through an independent entrance with a small porch/deck. The room has a workspace and an adjoining private bathroom, which is stocked with fluffy towels and bathing essentials (shampoo, conditioner, soap & lotion). You will not have kitchen access, but the room is outfitted with a mini-fridge, hot water boiler and Keurig coffee maker. Additionally, we are located a short walk from many restaurants and we hope guests will take advantage of the excellent food this neighborhood has to offer!
