The apartment is recently renovated, quiet, bright and surrounded by vegetation. It has 3 terraces, one of them able for eat. All rooms are large, bright and well equipped: 2 LED TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave and toaster. It's possible park easily the car in front to the apartment. Well connected with the center (15 min by bus, 10 min by car) and shopping center (300 meters). There are 2 bikes supplied.

The apartment is 70 square meters, located on the 2nd floor with elevator. The bedroom has available a spacious wardrobe in which you can easily put all your clothes. In addition, the three terraces give a pleasant brightness to the house. The apartment is located in a quiet area, not far from the center. The bus stops are within a 3-4 minute walk from which you can reach the center of the city. Near the apartment you can go shopping in the many shops of clothing, eat in good restaurants, sit in two popular bars in town, go for a movie or take a walk along the river in one of the largest parks in Florence. At the end, the house is located very close to the highway and bus stops which allow to reach the hills of Tuscany and the Chianti region with ease.
