Spencer Cottage is located right in the middle of town. Your close to hotels, Albany's marina, and entertainment center. You’ll love our cottage because of the high ceilings, the inner city location, and the ambiance of an 1890's home. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). We have provided free Netflix, wireless internet, for family entertainment. You are renting the entire home with a well equipped kitchen and laundry.

Spencer Cottage was built 1890. Recently renovated the cottage is Heritage listed and is listed on the City of Albany municipal inventory. Come and enjoy the ambiance of an old, solidly constructed, colonial building. A rare opportunity nowadays, and such a change from a standard motel room.

The entire home minus the rear garden area or access to the back yard as we are expanding our accommodation. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. We provide fresh milk, tea/coffee, chocolates, Netflix, wireless internet.

Spencer Cottage is just off Sterling Terrace, Albany's premier entertainment district. We can recommend the White Star Hotel, Six degree's, Kate's Place, Barletta, and Gourmandise French bakery. Your are just a few minutes walk from Due South at the Albany marina, and Lionetti's IGA supermarket.
