Once a 19th-century horse stable, this Tuscan home was discovered by my mother : a Dutch artist and traveller, she moved here in search of beauty, nature and light. She stayed for twenty years. My brother and my daughter grew up running barefoot on these ancient terracotta floors. Even today I still fall in love with the light that enters through the old arches and reflects into the house and the flower-filled private garden.its not an hotel is a lifetime experience, welcome to” La scuderia “.

L'appartamento è collocato in un piccolo condominio immerso nelle colline del Chianti. Si trova a 10 minuti di macchina dal paese di San Casciano Val di Pesa e Scandicci (da cui parte comodamente la tranvia per arrivare nel centro di Firenze). L'appartamento è per 4 ospiti e dispone di due camere da letto: una con un letto matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli. Sono presenti due bagni (di cui uno di servizio), un ampio salotto con divano, cucina accessoriata e terrazzino.

A restored ex. hey-barn has a spacious bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen.Access to the entrance is by a open "piazza" that also is the access to one of our other apartments. By a small staircase is the dedicated outdoorspace, table and chairs. The shared pool is open approx. beginning June to end September, time may vary. Heating system ONLY with wood-stove, handeld by guest.
